You said you were using this with a VortexBox Appliance from SGC. The SGC appliance has an internal audio interface on device 0. What happened to that?

the only thing i have changed is disabling onboard audio of motherboard in bios.

The VortexBox appliance is not designed to operate in this manner. Once you start screwing with the BIOS on your appliance you can cause all kinds of problems. Please put your BIOS back the way it was and undo and other "Custom" hacks you made to your appliance. Then try your SOtM product again.
