I haven't seen this problem myself. Try submitting the mem-leak bug to Adrian directly here: https://code.google.com/p/beets/issues/list and perhaps start off by dropping by #beets IRC channel on freenode.net

Hi again, everybody. I just wanted to drop by again and let everybody that the latest beta of beets, 1.0b15, is available today. As usual, you can upgrade with:
    Code:
    pip-python install -U beets
There are a bunch of small fixes and improvements in this release (see http://beets.rtfd.org/changes for a full list) and I'd be interested to hear what you VortexBox folks think. And if anybody is still experiencing the memory leak issue that was mentioned a few posts ago, please shoot me an email (email's listed on the homepage at http://beets.radbox.org/) or file a bug report -- hopefully we can get to the bottom of it.

The new fetchart plugin is great! I like how it scans the local filesystem for common strings in the album folder first, and resorts to web sources if it isn't locally available. That's a great feature.

Also great to see a numbered per-disc toggle, as well as a fix for extra tracks.

Would love to see an option for auxiliary files at some point, maybe I will learn how to write a plugin to copy over .logs and reformat .cues based on tags/vorbis comments.

Thanks for all the hard work you and your contributors have done.
