Custom Avatars now working

Users should now be able to have custom avatars. Post here if they don't work for you.

Maybe I'm being daft, but I couldn't work out how to do it.

It works for me
You go into Settings (upper right) and then My Settings -> Edit Avatar.

They seem to not appear when you are not logged in, but they do when you visit as guest (tested on firefox-9 and chrome-18).

Avatars are not displayed by default. You need to go to Setting -> General settings -> Thread Display Options -> Visible Post Elements: and enable them.
