Accessing command line on VBA

Apologies if this has been asked & answered previously. What password should I use to access the command line on a VB appliance? Since VB is preinstalled (obviously) on this, I did not have the opportunity to select a password during the installation process.

Should be user=root password=vortexbox beware the cursor doesn't move when you enter the letters.
