Vortexbox appliance and micro appliance questions - noise cd

Hi,


couple questions about these two devices. Thinking of buying one.


I like the size of the micro appliance, it doesn't appear to have a cd drive. Am I correct in thinking you can attach a cd drive to it via usb to rip the cds. If so, any suggestions?




Main thing putting me off the appliance is its not totally silent. How quiet is it exactly and can one leave it running 24/7?

We don't sell the micro appliance any more. Very few people wanted it once they realized it cost more then the regular appliance.




The VortexBox appliance is very quiet. It uses a low noise hard drive and a very quiet slow speed fan.
