I've tried installing VBP by pressing "submit" button in VBA GUI but when I access SBS from GUI there is no VBP listed under Players, only my Squeezebox Boom and Radio. I also changed the "default" to "hw:0,0″ in the VBP settings. Then, at command line;

                Check config vortexbox-player on

                Service vortex-box player start

                Cat: /etc/vortexbox-player/mac-list.conf: No such file or directory

I don’t know how to proceed from here.

Finally, one unrelated question: Is it advisable to give my Boom & Radio static IP addresses?
