We now have a BETA repo so the VortexBox community can help test new version of VortexBox software. To install BETA software fisrt make sure you are running the latest regular version type
yum update
next load the latest from the BETA repo
yum ––enablerepo=vortexboxbeta update
you now have a BETA of the latest version. This software may not be fully working. You can post problem you find with BETA software to thsi forum.
I do not understand how to interpret much of the above. I checked VortexBox System Information, and see that Distro Name remains Fedora release 10 (Cambridge). I had expected that to be updated to release 11 which I understand some of the backup code depends upon. I do not feel comfortable continuing to the BETA without some advice on what I may have missed or what to do next.
