Potential need for a warning to new users

I told a friend about Vortexbox. He hooked up an external hard drive containing his music collection to an old PC. When he installed the software package, it reformated his external hard drive. Ouch. He thinks he has a backup, but perhaps the instructions or the install screens should warn of the issue.

I'm sorry this happened to your friend. This is why there is a message during installation that says “WARNING: This will format your hard drive and destroy all data on your system!”
