View Full Version : Do I need network-attached storage functionality on my router?

...in order to work with the vortexbox appliance? or to work with an old pc that I install vortexbox on?




Trying to decide on a wireless router, either the Linksys WRT610N or the WRT400N which doesn't have a NAS port... Anyone have any experience with either?

No, you do not need NAS function on your router to work with any aspect of VortexBox.
