I have downloaded the 0.7 iso 4 times on 2 differen PCs and get a different md5sum.
IF burned without validation the install fails. Nero reports validation errors.
There are missing files. I tried the upgrade script and it fails. with missing files
Is there a problem with the ISO?

So its not just me! I have a number of others posts on this topic. I have not had a problem with the checksum on the iso but files are missing.

I have installed the ISO on several test machines and quite a few VortexBox appliances. Many people in the VortexBox community have also instlled it without problems.
Try different CD media and a slower burn speed.

Hi, so I have different PC's, used a 0.6 ISO with no problems. Now a 0.7 ISO seems to have problems. The web update will work from 0.6 to 0.7 but not the CD ISO.
I will look at burning a new CD at a slower speed. Looking at the Fedora website is this a cut down copy or a web based upgrade? If the later it could be an issue with the download and not the installer as such.
Cheers,
James

Gave up on the iso download.
My first Attempt at the update script failed.... twice
The 0.7 iso buggered mysetuo.
I reinstalled 0.6 and then ran the 0.6 to 0.7update.
Restored from my flac backup and now all seems to be ok.

I updated via the web, from 0.6 to 0.7. All went smoothly, but now the ripping doesn't seem to work. It just sits there.
