Hi,
I have a goal of getting vortexbox, lirc, usb uirt, and squeezeslave working for IR control of local playback on the vortexbox.
Squeezeslave 0.9 has just been released with an associated lirc configuration file. I tried yum update but I think squeezeslave repository has been moved? It would be great to get 0.9 installed on vortexbox.
I will be working to install/configure lirc from the command line. I will share my results if I can get it working.
