SqueezeCenter rips and plays but there is no sound on any network computer. Any ideas?

need more information. What type of player are you trying to use on your network computer.

Mine too - the track is indicated as playing in Squeezecentre but no sound from PC (IMac). Neither is there any sound from the Logitech Touch which has now found the music library and also displays the track as playing.
Other music players on my IMac are fine (e.g. Songbird) and my old SB3 will play files from my old QNAP server.
Are there audio settings somewhere on either the VBA, within Squeezecentre or elsewhere that I've overlooked ? Is this peciliar to Mac (Snow Leopard) and I need to tweak something via the Command Line (if only I understodd how to access it) ??
Thanks

There should be no tweaking required. Many VortexBox users have Snow Leopard.

I use Subsonic or Vortexbox as a shared library within iTunes to play MP3 music on a Mac. Perhaps the confusion concerns the Vortexbox player which directs its output to the soundcard of the VBA

But thanks . . . sorted now - I had two Touch's created somehow and Squeezecentre was pointing at the wrong one.
