After a cd is copied the drive ejects the disk but then closes real quick. Then it seems to start copying the disk again.


Any help would be great

I have never seen this before. what type of CDrom drive is it?

It is a Lite-On DH-52R2P-08

I swapped out the Lite-On CD burner with a Lite-On DVD burner that I had in one of my other computers and it is working perfectly now. I put the CD burner in the other computer and it works fine too.


Kinda strange, but everything works so no complaints.

Yeah that is a bit strange. I have had very good luck with Lite-On DVD burners.
